GAA Player Transfer Forms 2015

hurling

If you are planning on playing for the ISSC Vancouver club this year and are not transferred to the club you should do so as soon as possible.  This avoids the need for a sanction for you later in the year, of which each team gets a limited amount, plus it also saves expense for you, the player.

For the transfer, you need to fill out Section A and Section C.   A reminder that the county you’re transferring to is Canada and not Vancouver.

You do not need to get your home club and county secretary to sign the forms. However you do need to include the date and opponent of the last championship game you played for your home club in either code (if you can’t remember an educated guess will suffice).

You should also include copy of your work permit and passport photo page.

The transfer deadline is the end of January.

The links below will direct you to the transfer form as well as an example of how it should be filled in.
