Harps 2007

As a member of the Canadian County Board and an Affiliate of the Gaelic Athletic Association the Vancouver ISSC offers local players a chance to play the Gaelic games Hurling and Football. The club will endeavour to offer workshops in coaching and officiating. Through this affiliation, we hope to develop and promote the games at the youth and adult levels.

Gaelic Football is often described as a combination of Soccer & Rugby. It is claimed that Australian Rules football was developed from Gaelic Football. It is a fast paced, exciting, skillful athletic competition between two teams.
